Our Service

Cheerfully provides AI-powered venue recommendations for parties and events. For a $1 fee, we analyze your party requirements and provide personalized venue suggestions. We're a recommendation service—we don't book venues or guarantee availability.

Your Responsibilities

When you use Cheerfully, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse or abuse our service or AI technology
• Contact venues directly to verify availability and pricing
• Respect that final booking arrangements are between you and the venue

Payment Terms

Our service costs $1 per venue search. By submitting payment, you understand that:

• Payment is processed immediately through Stripe
• The fee covers one search based on the information you provide
• Refunds are generally not available after processing begins
• In case of technical failures, contact us for resolution

AI Recommendations

Our AI provides recommendations based on available data and your requirements. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will perfectly match your needs or that venues will be available. Venue information, pricing, and availability may change. Always verify details directly with venues.

Limitation of Liability

Cheerfully is a recommendation service. We are not responsible for venue availability, quality, pricing, or any issues that arise from your interactions with recommended venues. Your use of Cheerfully is at your own risk. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Cheerfully (including but not limited to our AI, software, design, and branding) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

User Content

Information you provide through our forms is your content. By submitting it, you grant us permission to use it to provide our service and improve our AI. We respect your privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We may also terminate or suspend access for users who violate these terms.
